2. Fill out the application form and send it back to the office by fax +355 4 2235350 or by e-mail: info@amcham.com.al
3. Attach the following documents
• The Court Decision/National Center of Registration Extract.
• The Certification of Registration with Tax Authorities
• Certificate of Taxpayers Identification Number (NIPT)
• Reference Letter from an AmCham member
4. Get the Board Approval in the next official meeting
