The American Chamber of Commerce organized the first meeting of Young Professionals. The increase of attractiveness of the Albanian Labor Market for Albanian Youth living and working abroad. Once returned to Albania, the involvement of young Albanians with the business community.

AmCham, with the support of Colliers International, organized the meeting for the young professionals that have finished studies abroad and now are employed in the public and private sector. By the initiative of the President of AmCham, Mr. Philip H. Bay, AmCham has invited a large number of young professional to join a network of the AmCham to be part of the business development and to the economy of Albania too.

“You are the ones that will lead this country, you’ll be part of the political decision making process and important decisions that affect the economy. We want to create this network where you can be in touch with each other and exchange useful information”, - were the words of the presentation of the President of AmCham, Mr. Bay.

Mr. Bay explain that this network helps the young professionals to be part of the business network operating in Albania, and also gives to the businesses the possibility to contact more specialists in several fields with the appropriate education.

During this meeting the Executive Director of AmCham, Mrs. Floreta Luli Faber speaks on the objectives of AmCham, and how this initiative with the young professionals will help and develop the business interests in Albania.
