The General Assembly Meeting

The General Assembly Meeting is a business meeting of all the Chamber members. A report of the achievements of the AmCham in 2009 and the Chamber's plans for 2010 were discussed. According the AmCham By-Laws, this meeting had to elect the President, the Treasurer and three Board Members. Through the voting process, this General Assembly elected, Mr. Robert K. Wood as President and Mr. Stephen B. Strauss as Treasurer. Mr. Avni Ponari, Mr. Basri Rruka and Ms. Stela Dhami were elected as Board Members. After these elections, the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce is composed by:
