What to expect next year

Every year, AmCham organizes a meeting of the HR Committee, which examines in depth the issues and new elements arising from the latest fair so solutions can be put in practice in future fairs.

Attending the meeting were representatives of companies that participated in the Job Fair. The meeting was headed by HR Committee chairman Dritan Mezini, who made a recap the activities at the Job Fair and the conference that preceded it.

AmCham Executive Director Floreta Luli-Faber then made a quick presentation about the results of the questionnaire.
This year's survey attracted the opinion of a considerable part of the candidates about how they conceive of participation in the fair, the advantages and problems they face. Feedback also came from participating companies, which expressed their opinions about the organization and what they expect in the future from this annual fair.
Representatives of the companies discussed possible ways to improve the pre-fair period so they have a better opportunity to become more familiar with candidates' curriculum.

One idea was to come up with a downloadable form that can be used by companies immediately after the candidates fill it out.

There were also a lot of ideas about the length of the fair and how to attract quality candidates to the process.
