Young Professionals request more information about the Job Fair

The Job Fair is a great employment opportunity, especially for students returning from abroad that have finished their studies. AmCham has organized an informative meeting with these returned students, which are a part of the Young Professionals Committee and that aspire to develop their careers in the Private Sector.

The focus of this event was to provide an updated information from the Job Fair 2011 to the Young Professionals Committee with information such as the profiles of the participating companies, the vacancies they offer and the criteria for these vacancies.

The Executive Director Mrs. Floreta Luli-Faber expounded to the participants on the development in years of the Job Fair, which started as an event to employ recently graduated students, but that later evolved in the profile of a Fair that required quality and professionalism from all the candidates. Some of the members of the Young Professional Committee are competing in some of the vacancies in the Job Fair and have specifically requested to AmCham to also lobby for this process during the year.
