Thanksgiving Lunch is served to people in need at the “Let’s Be Together” social center

The members of the American Chamber of Commerce have responded proactively to ABI Bank’s invitation to be part of the Thanksgiving Lunch at the “Let’s Be Together” social center in the Kombinat area, by contributing time in serving the meal or offering material goods.

The President of the American Chamber, Mark Crawford, and the AmCham staff joined this initiative together with some of the members such as, Hygeia, B&A-02 and Enrico Marineli, who through Club Lion International donated food and fruit and helped with serving the meal. Volunteering was at the basis of this event, which was organized thanks to the help of ABI Bank and the Municipality of Tirana and which aimed at spending Thanksgiving with those who are most in need.

While helping with food serving, the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, said that this is a symbolic day to remember to give thanks and also be close to those who need it.
